Rooftop Tents
Why bother looking for a hotel or a camping ground when you can have a rooftop tent attached to your vehicle which only takes a few minutes to set up and needs little more room than your vehicle?
Ironman 4x4’s luxury rooftop tent has a number of features including a raised “climate cover” flysheet to control temperature and reduce condensation, a pop up window awning and flyscreen windows, all made from a premium quality waterproof, breathable ripstop material.
The rooftop tent floor is made from light weight aluminium and is insulated. To aid a good night sleep, it comes complete with a luxury 65mm high density foam mattress.
Access is via a retractable aluminium ladder with the entrance under cover to keep you dry on those wet days.
When set up the tent measures 1.4m wide by 2.4m long and 1.3m high and can easily be set up coming complete with tools and instructions.
When being transported the tent is covered by a rugged 1000D waterproof PVC ‘on car’ cover.
An option with the tent is the annex to enclose the area out to the side of the vehicle.
Once installed on the vehicle it takes only a matter of minutes to set up and pack away!
Instant Awnings
Also available from Ironman 4x4 are instant awnings. These are made from a waterproof, breathable ripstop canvas material with 100% UV protection and mould resistance. Guy ropes and pegs are included and are quick to erect with strong self-standing extendable aluminium legs.
The awning mounts directly to most roof racks and comes in four different sizes including 2.0m long by 1.4m wide to go across the back of a vehicle and three sizes to go along the side of the vehicle 2m long x 2.5m out, 2.5m long x 2m out and 2.5m long by 2.5m out.
Room enclosures are available for all sizes to make a quick and comfortable camping platform. Awnings only take a matter of minutes to set up and are perfect as shelter from the sun or rain.
Ice Cube Fridge/Freezers
While in the outdoors it is important to keep those drinks and food items cool and that’s where the Ironman Ice cube range of Fridge /Freezers come into play.
With 5 in the range (30, 40, 50, 65 and a massive 74 litre option) there is one for the small to big users. The Ice Cube Fridge/Freezers uses the latest SECOP (formerly Danfoss Compressors). Made with high quality CFC-free Polyurethane Foam Insulation, it is durable enough to endure the harshest of conditions and temperatures whilst staying cool.
Ironman Ice Cube Fridge/Freezers are designed to operate on 12/24 Volt or 100-240 Volt systems making it ideal for camping, 4WDing and caravanning. They have a low current draw (0.7Ah/ hour at ambient temp. of 20°C and interior temp. of 5°C) and comes with a 5 year compressor and 3 year component warranty.
Other Outdoor Equipment
After a long day on the road, you can’t beat pulling up at your camp site and getting comfortable in a luxury chair. Ironman 4x4 have strong and soft arm foldable chairs which are rating to 150 kg and have side pouches for storage and insulated cup holders – you won’t get more comfortable than these!. Other products include a rechargeable camp shower, food grade silicone products such as collapsible buckets and a kettle and even a foldable bush toilet!
